Marcy and Lisa
I found GWP through Marcy’s twitter account, and started following on FB because of your awesome tips on fan pages and interaction! And, of course, the mutual G+ love ^_^
I have this friend in my writers group who told me about GWP… :^)
I read GWP posts because when I do – and apply what I’m learning – I’m a better writer.
Thank you again, ladies, for the encouragement, challenge, and info.
I can’t remember, but honestly I think I took a look first to see if you were the real deal. Remember that controversy about the “male” blogger, who was a woman? Anyway, glad I found you all. I’ve enjoyed the posts – saved those on G+ for when I’m ready.
In retrospect, Stacy, if we had it to do over again, I think we might have gone with a slightly different name for the blog 🙂
Marcy
I like your name. I think the fact that you guys are clearly pictured and the brand. It’s clear who you are and what you do. Plus, as always quality content always rocks.
Sigh! I wasn’t the first to reply (grin).
This doesn’t count as two, Steph 🙂 lol
I didn’t think of that. But now that you’ve brought it up…Aw, shucks!
I think Brooke McGlothlin blogged about you.
I found you when you submitted an article to FellowScript, the writer’s magazine that I edit, about co-writing. I like check out contributor’s websites and blogs. Marcia Laycock has also mentioned your blog and posted links to it. 🙂
What I’d like to see next…How to identify and develop your unique voice.
I’m really glad to hear you say that Steph because I have a post that I just started on about voice 🙂 I must have been reading your mind.
Marcy
I had an appointment with Marcy at the Write! Canada conference and she told me about the website. Now I follow because I love both ladies honesty and insight into the writing process. You always have such informative posts!!
Don’t remember who, but someone #FF or #WW you two….so one Twitter follow led to the other twitter follow, which led to the blog, G+, and wallah FB 🙂
