We’d like to begin a new series of posts about writing prompts. We’ll share some of our favorite ways to get our creative juices flowing. We’d love to read the stories or lines created from our writing prompts, or have you share your favorite writing prompts.
Both fiction and non-fiction writers can participate. If you’re a non-fiction writer, instead of telling us a story, brainstorm as many article ideas as possible or draft the meat of a query for a single idea.
Set a timer for 15 minutes. Tell the story of the person in the photo. You can use any point of view you like, but explain what’s going on this photo – 300 words or less. Post a link to your story in the comments if you’re brave enough. We’d love to read them. Go!
For some unknown reason they titled my site “My Blog.” Oh well, maybe some day I’ll figure out how to change it. Anyhoo, here’s the address where you’ll find “No-one Knows.”

This was fun…Now, I really should do some work. :^)
Love It!! Thanks for sharing. I’m sick today – but will post my story tomorrow hopefully!

You made me want to reach out and give her a hug. I’m so glad you took the challenge so that we got to read your story.

Remember, only 15 minutes. Be kind 🙂
